I founded Wanaka-based Open Architecture in 2016. Prior to establishing my own practice, I delivered many, varied projects for high-end architectural firms in Dunedin and Wanaka.

 

With broad experience across a range of typologies, I enjoy fresh and varied challenges and currently focus on residential design projects.

 

Having worked with a diverse range of stakeholders over the years, I am adept at leading and coordinating a seamless design process. My approach to new projects is highly considered and I take the time to ensure the clients’ requirements are clearly documented and understood.

 

Moving to Wanaka and starting Open Architecture were lifestyle choices driven by my love of the outdoors and the local area’s natural beauty. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me in the local mountains, or swimming in the lake.

 

Building strong relationships, being available throughout the design and construction process and keeping communication open, timely and realistic are values I live by.
